Our unique opportunity was to unify and market a portfolio of properties as a single collection named: The Burbank Portfolio. Worthe Real Estate Group and Blackstone co-own a collection of thirteen office buildings in Burbank that total over 3,000,000 s.f. of office space.
With a vast portfolio encompassing all of Los Angeles County, we focused on clarifying The Burbank Portfolio story and show off each property’s character within a well-designed system. We created cohesion with a simplified type system and used color to help create distinction between each property.
